LAWYER

Faiza graduated from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Social Science in 2017. She then went on to complete her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2020. Faiza articled at a prominent personal injury firm in Toronto, before being called to the Ontario bar in 2021. Following the completion of her articling term, she joined Laxton Glass LLP in 2022. 

Faiza has been involved in the litigation of tort and accident benefits claims including first and third party claims, occupiers liability, social host liability and professional negligence. She has successfully appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, License Appeal Tribunal and Ontario Small Claims Court. 

Outside of work, Faiza enjoys travelling, trying new foods and spending time with family, friends and her cuddly Scottish Fold. Faiza unwinds by watching cooking competitions or truthfully any kind of reality t.v. and an evening visit to the gym. Faiza is fluent in Urdu and Punjabi.
