LAWYER

Sunny obtained her law degree from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law in 2022. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. 

During law school, she honed her advocacy skills by participating in a number of mooting competitions. Sunny was also actively involved in Western Personal Injury and Insurance Law and Students Careers Committee. Prior to law school, she graduated from Rotman Commerce, University of Toronto (Trinity college) as a Management specialist in 2019.

Sunny has a broad range of insurance litigation experience having articled and practiced at boutique insurance litigation law firms.  Her practice currently includes the defence of tort and statutory accident benefit claims.

Outside of work, Sunny enjoys whisky tasting, crossfit and weightlifting. She is also fluent in Korean.
