Mark obtained his J.D. from Queen’s University in 2018 after completing his Master and Bachelor of Science at McMaster University. Mark was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019, having completed his articles of clerkship at a plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Hamilton, Ontario.

Mark joined Laxton Glass LLP in 2021 after practicing in the area of insurance defence litigation in Barrie, Ontario. He has assisted senior counsel and had carriage over matters such as motor vehicle accidents, occupier’s liability and property damage. Mark’s experience involves regular appearances at the Superior Court of Justice. While at Queen’s University, he acted as a Student Litigator at Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic representing clients in LTB, ODSP and CICB disputes.

Outside of the office, Mark enjoys reading, watching sports and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys traveling and trying out new restaurants.
