LAWYER

Lyrica received her Juris Doctor degree from Western University in 2019, where she was highly involved in the faculty’s advocacy programs and placed as a finalist in several moot competitions. She articled at a full-service law firm in Toronto and was called to the Ontario bar in 2020. 

Prior to joining Laxton Glass in 2023, Lyrica developed a practice encompassing a wide range of complex insurance and commercial litigation matters at a prominent Ontario regional law firm. She has experience with motor vehicle accident claims, occupiers’ liability, professional negligence, subrogation, and fraud litigation. She has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as various administrative tribunals.  

Outside of work, Lyrica enjoys adventure travel, exploring different cultures and visiting architectural monuments. In her spare time, she loves to attend concerts, watch science fiction movies, and cheer for Toronto sports teams.
